The role :

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CFO and Executive Management Board ensuring seamless operations effective communication and strategic alignment across the organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership this role demands professionalism discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in Hamburg and the successful candidate must be available to work onsite in the office on a frequent basis.

Your tasks :

• Manage complex calendars travel and meeting coordination for the CFO and Executive Board.
• Prepare materials and correspondence for board meetings investor events and leadership sessions.
• Track and follow up on meeting actions and deliverables.
• Act as liaison between executives internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
• Handle expense management invoice processing and administrative tasks for the Executive Office.
• Support planning and execution of key events including board meetings and company offsites.
• Conduct research prepare briefings and support investor relations and strategic initiatives.
