A leading international hotel chain located in Berlin is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee conference services and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves directing staff, managing resources efficiently, and maximizing customer satisfaction at events. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in event management and possess strong skills in marketing, organizational details, and leadership. Directs and motivates conference services staff while personally providing high quality service based on requirements and standards. Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection. Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the conference event. Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.
High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management food and beverage or related professional area.
