A multinational technology firm in Germany is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide leaders and teams in adopting agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience and proven success in agile transformations, along with a Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with business goals and designing training programs to foster a culture of collaboration.

Agile Coaching & Leadership: Guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams in adopting agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strategic Alignment at Scale: Ensure agile transformation aligns with business goals and scales across teams in a multinational environment.
Team Enablement: Support product teams in selecting and evolving agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS Huge).
Conflict & Collaboration Facilitation: Support team leaders resolve conflicts and promote constructive, mutually beneficial solutions.
Align with lean Portfolio Management: Drive cross-team collaboration and implement lean governance practices.
Continuous Improvement: Use agile metrics and feedback loops to optimize value streams and product delivery.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Design agile training programs and bridge communication between business and technology stakeholders.
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 successful agile transformation projects in multinational companies. Additionally, extensive experience in traditional project management methodologies.
Agile Expertise: Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), LeSS Huge (Large Scale Scrum), and others.
Change Management: Strong background in organizational change and agile design.
Coaching & Mentoring: Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and leaders at all levels to foster agile maturity.
Communication: Fluent in English and German, with excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
