We are looking for versatile professionals with experience in renewable energy who are passionate about driving sustainable projects. This job advert serves to act as a data pool for new roles that come in - you will be the first to know. We are looking for suitable engineers, project managers, site managers, and plant managers who want to contribute to the development, execution, and operation of renewable energy assets. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, hands‑on, and comfortable working across technical, operational, and management functions.

Some of the responsibilities you might hold :

• Support the planning, design, and execution of renewable energy projects across solar, wind, or energy storage technologies.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Monitor plant performance and support operational improvements, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and support change management initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

If your experience matches the following :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in your field.
• Experience in renewable energy projects, construction, or plant operations.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in renewable energy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic environments.
• Commitment to sustainability and innovation in renewable energy.
• Speak German (C2 level at least) and fluent English.
