Salary: $218K–$256.5K + bonus + equity + benefits

Overview:

Lead a backend-focused engineering team building resilient, high-performance trading APIs for Coinbase Prime. Ensure 99.99% uptime for institutional clients through robust system architecture, low-latency data streaming, and critical user flows like trading, order management, and market data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5–6 engineers; establish strong team norms and execution practices
• Own product areas including Prime Public APIs, FIX protocols, and Trading Router
