Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at the Worms site;
• Responsibility for electrical planning, fire protection, safety engineering, and/or air conditioning;
• Project management in compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements, as well as commissioning of new systems, including defect-free acceptance;
• Support and optimization of existing systems with regard to energy- and maintenance-efficient operation, and creation of the basis for data and information management;
• Collaboration with the local service provider, including coordination and monitoring of execution to ensure functional operation;
• Evaluation of defects as part of property valuation, taking into account legal compliance and technical rules, as well as development and implementation of sustainable remedial measures.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in electrical engineering, building automation, supply engineering, technical building equipment, or comparable qualification (technician, master craftsman with relevant specialization);
• Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of building technology/electrical engineering;
• Ability to work independently, team spirit, creativity, conflict management and assertiveness, customer focus and strong communication skills;
• Knowledge of English;
