A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Ecosystem Lead to lead their rare epilepsy team in Germany. To strengthen our rare & epilepsy team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position , based in Germany.
The Ecosystem Lead is responsible for the national strategic and operational leadership of the German ecosystem, focusing on rare epilepsy. This role includes managing a team of HCP Partners, implementing the Patient Impact Strategy, and ensuring growth, access, and sustainable performance of the product portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall cross‑functional management of HCP Partners. You will work closely with the National Sales Lead HCP Partners and MSL and Field Medical Leads as well as Market Access, Patient Solution a Digital and Learning & Development. You will ensure that the local team operates to the highest scientific, ethical, compliance and quality standards when interacting with external stakeholders and that the UCB Code of Conduct and industry guidelines are followed. The Ecosystem Lead Epilepsy Germany will report to the National Sales Lead Rare & Epilepsy Germany.
