E-Commerce Lead (m/f/d) full-time - Braunschweig

Your tasks

• Team Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and further develop our E-Commerce team across 3–4 international locations
• Coach, motivate, and train team members to continuously improve performance
• Design and implement strategies to expand into new and high-potential marketplaces

• Marketplace Management
• Take responsibility for our marketplace operations – with a focus on Amazon PAN-EU, USA, and UK
• Maintain and optimize product listings with a strong focus on SEO and data quality
• Analyze market and competitor data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop and execute initiatives to increase traffic, boost sales, and grow our product portfolio
• Create data-driven reports to scale our global assortment
• Monitor and manage the P&L of our marketplace stores

• Performance Marketing
• Collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to manage PPC campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEA activities – especially across Google and Microsoft platforms
• Continuously optimize search, shopping, display, and remarketing campaigns
• Use KPIs to analyze campaign performance and derive concrete recommendations

• Content & Webshop Management
• Maintain and expand our ARCTIC webshop in key regions: APAC, Germany, and the USA
• Create and improve SEO-optimized content, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g. health claims)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and discounts

• Social Media & Creator Management
• Leverage your knowledge of social media and creator/influencer management to increase brand visibility

What you should bring

• A completed commercial education or degree – ideally with a focus on E-Commerce or Online Marketing
• Several years of leadership experience in E-Commerce or a comparable digital role
• Strong experience in analyzing and managing performance data for ongoing optimization
• Proficiency in MS Office and solid knowledge of SEO/SEA and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta)
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data-driven decision-making
