Qualifikationen

  • Proven experience in functional consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
  • Experience with customer journey orchestration and large-scale CRM implementations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join an organisation following an exceptionally successful year of growth. This is a greenfield opportunity , offering the chance to play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering a modern Dynamics 365 CRM landscape from the ground up.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to innovate, streamline, and enhance CRM capabilities , ensuring the platform supports future growth, customer engagement, and data-driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the functional design and implementation of a greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 modules, including :
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Customer Insights & Customer Journey Insights
  • Design end‑to‑end customer journeys to improve engagement and lifecycle management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, recommending best practices and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and high‑quality outcomes
  • Support testing, user training, and change management activities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modules
  • Experience working with Customer Insights and customer journey orchestration
  • Background delivering greenfield or large‑scale CRM implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional designs
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
