THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• Checking call-offs from the customer, reconciling them if necessary and breaking them down into the various purchased parts
• Checking and optimising stock levels, taking into account ranges and availability of goods
• Procurement and scheduling of purchased parts, auxiliary materials and empties
• Ensuring delivery capability and monitoring the availability of production materials
• Planning, organising and monitoring the delivery transport of scheduled parts
• Complaining about differences up to and including escalation
• Organising and carrying out regular inventories
• Editing supplier and parts master data in SAP
• Change management: discontinuation of old stock, disposition of new stock
• Checking freight invoices for deliveries

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed training in merchandise management/forwarding or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in logistics/dispatching would be desirable
• Know-how in the area of JIS/Automotive
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage, confident handling of MS Office required
• Experience in delivery management
• Solid knowledge of English required
• Assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and commitment
