Position

We are currently seeking a Director of Sales (m/w/d) - based in Hamburg.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of 3 brands and 16 hotels in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of 3 Regional Sales Managers / Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance.
  • Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
  • A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Passionate about creating a positive impact and enhancing the hotel's reputation within the community.
