Reporting to: Vice President, Global Commercial Access Partnerships
A Director, Launch Assets and Innovative Access Partnerships is being recruited to join Global Commercial Access Partnership (GCAP), part of the Emerging Markets Access and Accord Organisation. GCAP is a dedicated team that leverages above‑country financing and works with a broad set of global health actors at global, regional and country levels to accelerate equitable and commercially sustainable access to Pfizer’s inline and pipeline breakthroughs (therapeutics, vaccines, biologics) and improve patient care for underserved populations in more than 100 countries globally.
This role will primarily focus on two areas:
The Director will work closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that advance health equity and strengthen health systems.

Annual base salary ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. The position is eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and participation in the share‑based long‑term incentive program.
Benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer matching contributions and an additional Pfizer retirement savings contribution; paid vacation, holiday and personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
