The Director IT (m / f / d) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the IT department, managing three specialized teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and future-ready IT landscape. YOUR TASKS

• Lead and develop the IT teams of System Administration, Platform and Presales Infrastructure - in total a department of 13 employees
• Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee IT projects in security, rollouts, integration of external tools and cloud migration
• Support the CISO on all security matters
• Control IT budgets, vendor management, and service providers
• Act as key contact for executives and other departments
• Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect.
• Manage a distributed team (mainly remote, with colleagues in Germany and the USA)

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in IT management
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
