A leading global snack company is seeking a Director of Insights & Analytics in Bremen. This role involves leading the I&A agenda, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and managing marketing research initiatives across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience, particularly in FMCG, and possess strong skills in consumer analysis and team leadership. A strategic mindset and cultural adaptability are essential for success in this position.
The Director Insights & Analytics is responsible and leads the end to end I&A agenda within DACH. This role is responsible to develop and leverage a comprehensive consumer, shopper and market understanding and turn these insights into business implications and recommendations across all relevant countries in the cluster, with shared accountability for growth and delivery of business results.
The Director Insights & Analytics DACH role reports to VP Insights & Analytics MEU and is part of the MEU I&A Leadership Team.
The I&A Director DACH partners with the Marketing Lead DACH and the Management Table to identify key learning needs in the areas of: Business understanding, Consumer and Shopper understanding, Category and Brand development and growth opportunities, portfolio strategy, creative development, innovation. Directly and through the team, the I&A Director DACH will be responsible for:
