Location: This position is offered on a Hybrid / remote basis in Germany, ideally. We have offices in Munich and Berlin; therefore a commutable distance to these offices to meet with the Commercial Sales & Leadership Teams.
We are seeking an accomplished visionary Director of Government Sales to lead our dual-use and defence market engagement. You will own and advance high-value relationships with ministries, space agencies and industry primes translating interest into long-term partnerships and multi-year contracts. This is a hands-on strategic role for a seasoned operator who can move seamlessly between board-level discussions and detailed follow-up, building structure where little exists yet. You will represent constellr in government and industry forums across Europe and beyond helping define the future of sovereign thermal intelligence.
You will report directly to constellr's Commercial Lead and be part of the commercial leadership team, working closely with our policy, product and technical teams. You’ll collaborate with the Berlin Representative Office and regional partners to drive cross-border government engagement.
