Your responsibilities
  • Driving smart work and secure collaboration that fosters satisfaction and productivity across the region
  • Designing and implementing standardized digital workplace solutions (device deployment and updates, communication services, password management, standardization projects)
  • Identifying and analyzing business requirements, integrating new technologies, and providing recommendations for solution selection
  • Clarifying, planning, and implementing IT projects, acting as project lead or contributor
  • Operating and further developing our M365 services, communication and collaboration systems, endpoint management, AD/Entra, and security measures
  • Continuously optimizing the end-user experience
  • Providing service-oriented support together with a great team

Your profile
  • A university degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations and IT project management
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: M365, Intune, Exchange, cloud-based telephony solutions, IT operations management (including state-of-the-art tools), ITIL knowledge
