En 2017, Haddad Brands Europe, est née quant à elle de la rencontre des dirigeants de Haddad Brands US et de quatre entrepreneurs français, spécialistes de vêtements sous licences, connaissant parfaitement le marché européen 👬.

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across all of Europe.

Operational for the past 7 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now counts over 500 employees across the continent.

We distribute our products through both wholesale — to major specialized or multi-brand retailers — and retail, via our branded corners in department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you’re buying kidswear (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in-store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product in your hands has passed through us — even if you purchased it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end account management including sales planning, forecasting, order management and post-sales analysis
  • Develop and execute seasonal, annual, and long-term account plans based on financial goals, sell-thru targets, and brand/category objectives
  • Manage seasonal sell-ins by ensuring best presentation of stories and product assortments appropriate to the account
  • Work closely with merchandising on directed assortment plans that contribute to the account specific requirement
  • Deliver reliable forecast accuracy, incl. annual / quarterly forecast processes
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs
  • Manage product flow, inventory, and delivery schedules in collaboration with planning and CS teams.
Digital & Omnichannel Strategy
  • Lead the development of digital strategies and frameworks to scale the specific digital accounts and fram digital roadmap (3-year plans)
  • Implement best-in-class digital account management practices and improve digital sales capabilities across teams
  • Deliver effective sell-out reporting and insights, and drive decision-making based on data and market trends
  • Ensure alignment with omnichannel priorities and brand positioning
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with merchandising, planning, finance, customer service, logistics, and marketplace teams to maximize business performance
  • Collaborate with European leadership to shape the future digital commerce landscape and build scalable growth strategies.
Relationship Building & Communication
  • Build strong, strategic, and long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for internal teams (finance, logistics, customer service) and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment on payment terms, delivery timelines, and seasonal readiness.
What we’re looking for
Experiences & Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Key Account Manager in wholesale or digital/e-commerce channels
  • Proven success managing digital or retail accounts and driving top-to-top relationships
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Fluent in English; excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with forecasting, P&L responsibility, and business reporting
