Job Description :

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role :

As a Digital Collision Customer Leader (m / f /

  • you will be part of a team transitioning from a product-centric sales organization to a digital-forward, consultative selling organization. You will lead the development of the internal sales team to implement the new 3M RepairStack Performance Solutions platform, which addresses collision repair customer priorities, improves 3M channel partners’ cost-to-serve, and supports safer repairs with allied materials.

This role requires high collaboration, prioritization, and execution. You will work with business, application engineering, 3M Design, and R&D teams to architect and execute go-to-market strategies for the Digital Platform, developing tools and resources to enhance the entire sales organization.

Here, you will make an impact by :

  • Implementing the 3M RepairStack Digital Performance Solutions across all 3M brands in the German collision repair segment.
  • Applying a consultative approach to collision shop owners using RepairStack data to maximize profits and set mutual improvement goals.
  • Creating and executing channel and sales programs, plans, training, and policies in coordination with your supervisor.
  • Optimizing call patterns and frequencies for effectiveness.
  • Supporting corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Developing business plans for end users and addressing daily operational challenges, tracking activities in Salesforce CRM.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, 3M requires at least:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales and/or the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in German and English

Additional helpful qualifications include:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
  • Experience in IT systems or commercial platform sales
