We are looking for a DevOps engineer capable to design, implement and oversee the IT infrastructure in compliance with the architecture roadmap. The key principles for our solutions are that everything is automated, encrypted, monitored, and provided as code. To follow these principles, you will establish appropriate DevOps patterns for development, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure services, leveraging managed cloud solutions and platform services where possible.

Your responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable production clusters, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, following best practices for microservices architecture.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery, including automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Establish and enforce IaC principles using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for reproducibility and efficient resource management.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes, ensuring encrypted communication, secrets management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) to proactively detect and address system issues.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure solutions, workflows, and best practices for seamless team collaboration.

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3+ years of experience in infrastructure design and operations.

Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).

Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
