TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You will not only be the first support layer but also play a key role in preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers!

What you will do:

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
  • Act as an ambassador of our client
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in German
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred
