Aufgaben

• Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests.
• Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops.
• Support conferencing and AV systems.
• Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA

Requirements

• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
• Fluent in German and English
• Valid authorization to work in Germany
