A major humanitarian organization in München is seeking a Cash Service Delivery Manager to lead cash-based transfer operations and manage data assurance solutions globally. WFP country offices deliver assistance through digital platforms and service providers, partnering with financial service providers (banks, micro‑finance institutions, mobile money operators, money transfer agents) and using its own platform, SCOPE.
Our objective is to digitize delivery of both cash‑based transfers and in‑kind assistance to achieve greater efficiencies, accountability and traceability, and to inform programme design through analysis of digital operational data.
You will be part of the Cash Data Services team within Delivery Assurance Services, supporting WFP’s cash‑based transfers operations globally.
