Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for CRM-related marketing data analysis across all digital channels.
• Discover patterns that allow us to take our audience segmentation to the next level.

• Evaluate CRM campaigns across email, print, and app to improve customer communication.
• Translate your analytical findings into clear recommendations for action that support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring several years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst in e-commerce or other profit‑driven businesses.
• You enjoy collaborating across business and data teams and bring clarity to complex datasets.
• You are confident using R, Python, SQL, and ideally have experience with Azure/Databricks.
• You’re curious, creative, and love turning raw data into compelling visual stories.
