• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities within existing datasets, uncovering hidden patterns and potential use cases that could enhance our asset management services
• Implementing AI Use Cases (Generative and Traditional AI) that are highly relevant across different areas for Asset Management with a strong focus on business impact to be achieved
• Building and further developing our capabilities in Artificial Intelligence beyond individual use cases to sustainably build expertise and thus achieve broad impact

Your team

As a member of the AM AI Transformation team, you will be working in close collaboration with team members across Switzerland, Europe, and APAC. In this role, you will closely advise our Agile Delivery organization, with experts across Technology, Front Units, Control Functions, Research, etc. Part of an growing team, you will have the opportunity to further shape and establish the team’s footprint in the organization.

Your expertise

• Expertise and experience in developing analytical models and applying modern data science methods in a business environment, preferably in financial industry
• An excellent understanding in modern analytics methods, machine learning algorithms and their practical applications in the banking environment
• An understanding of front office domain knowledge (e.g., sales, advisory, marketing) to effectively identify the value of AI and analytics in the business context, preferably in the Wealth Management or Financial Industry context
• Strong entrepreneurial mind-set, passionate about analytics, as well as pragmatic & willing to navigate technical, political, and organizational roadblocks
• Highly collaborative, willing to “build fast, fail fast” in a startup type of set-up, and has the ability to influence and foster a culture of innovation
• Commercial experience in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL)
• Exposure to AI and ML is a plus.
