What awaits you :

  • In close collaboration with data engineers, business intelligence consultants, as well as data science and analytics experts, you will contribute to the design and implementation of robust data architectures and engineering solutions.
  • You will work on (client) projects from conception to deployment, supporting the integration of diverse data sources and helping develop scalable data processing systems.
  • You will help improve and maintain internal data products and open-source solutions.
  • You will contribute to identifying and recommending strategic improvements for clients or their internal teams, always keeping quality and client satisfaction in mind.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the data space and share ideas to expand our service portfolio over time.
  • As the team continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and support colleagues, contributing to team structure and best practices as your experience grows.

What you can expect :

What you bring along :

  • You have solid experience with Python, SQL, and database management systems, as well as with at least one cloud platform. Ideally, you've worked with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and/or technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or NoSQL databases.
  • You are familiar with communication protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP(S) and comfortable working in Linux environments using Git.
  • You have experience designing infrastructure architectures and aligning them with business needs.
  • You enjoy programming and working tool-independently in an agile environment, preferring lean software with clean, maintainable code.
  • You take initiative in solving technical challenges, contributing to client solutions, and sharing knowledge with teammates.
  • You are based in Germany or Poland and are fluent in English, which is our primary team and organizational language. German skills are a big plus.
