A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Global Data Team in Berlin. The role involves collaborating with business teams to develop scalable data solutions and using tools like Power BI for insights and reporting. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools. This role is part of the Audiological Care division within the Global Data Team based in Berlin. You will be part of a global data hub that connects and integrates information from over 15 CRM systems regional data warehouses and other internal platforms. Our team builds and maintains pipelines transforms and models data and prepares it for analysis.
As a Data Analyst you’ll use tools like Power BI and custom-built data products to deliver insights and reports that support strategic decisions across Sonova’s global organization. If you enjoy working with data in a collaborative international environment we encourage you to apply.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or within a data-focused environment with a solid understanding of data structures and business reporting needs
Strong SQL skills and proven experience in writing optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries
Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools ideally Power BI or similar BI platforms
Practical experience working with Azure Databricks and familiarity with Python for data processing and analysis
Structured analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams translating business requirements into technical data solutions
High level of independence accountability and precision with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment
