CYBER OPERATIONS PLANNER

As an Integrated Joint Fires Cyber Operations Planner, you understand the value of cyber operations support to Joint non‑kinetic effects planning, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations experience to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist to apply your knowledge in coordinating cyber integration into dynamic ISR and Fires deliberate planning and execution, and to impact our nation’s defense of the homeland forward in Europe.

In this role, you’ll be counted on as a Combatant Command‑level cyber operations SME to support and integrate with Joint Fires Synchronization, Dynamic Planning, Experimentation and Innovation, and Coalition Integration. This is an opportunity to use your analysis and planning abilities to conduct cyber operations SME support for quick and efficient planning, synchronization, and execution of deliberate or dynamic fires and effects at the operational to tactical level across the USEUCOM theater. Your role will be vital in the development of operations plans to support command and control.

YOU HAVE:
  • Knowledge of tactics and doctrine development in support of real‑world operations and modeling and simulation
  • Ability to integrate cyber into dynamic ISR and Fires deliberate planning and operations
  • Ability to analyze or develop operational requirements for advanced C2 technology efforts, including via the Joint Fires Network (JFN)
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with cyberspace operations and non‑kinetic effects planning, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with cyberspace operations and non‑kinetic effects planning
NICE IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience with operations at a Combatant Command or Service Component
  • Experience with INDOPACOM’s Integrated Joint Fires Center (IJFC)
  • Experience with the Joint Fires Network (JFN)
  • Experience with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) planning
  • Experience with intelligence support to OCO
  • Experience with NATO, Allies, or partners
  • Experience with the Joint Planning Process
  • Experience with intelligence disciplines such as OSINT, SIGINT, or all‑source
  • OCO Cyber Certification
CLEARANCE

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
