Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a Customer Technology & Solutions Advisor (CTS) to join our Hospitality Technology team in Munich. This position is aimed at strengthening Accors digital and technological integration across its hotel portfolio in the region.

The CTS Advisor will act as the main point of contact for IT and technology topics within their hotel portfolio ensuring successful project delivery and full alignment with Accor IT strategies and standards.

What will you do
  • Act as the main technology liaison between hotels and internal / external partners.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from budgeting and scheduling to implementation and evaluation.
  • Manage and maintain the technical inventory across hotel portfolios including IT infrastructure systems and partners.
  • Coordinate technical deployments in collaboration with internal departments and local service providers.
  • Advise hotels on innovative technology adoption and ways to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with global IT standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic technical recommendations to support hotel development plans over a 13 year plan.
Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Hospitality Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems or service delivery.
  • Hospitality industry background is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure operating systems networks and hotel tech.
  • Familiar with project methodologies and IT best practices.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Strong communicator highly organized and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language is a plus.
