Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues via email for German Market.
Responsibilities
- Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
- Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.

- Recognizing customer needs.
- Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
- Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
- Participation in specialized training.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
- Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in German Language, C1 / C2 level.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level.
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Computer and Internet literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.

- Communicative; able to convey ideas clearly.
- Confident, pleasant, energetic, helpful, trustworthy.
- Efficient; able to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
