You support our clients holistically in using our software solutions for compliance and sustainability.

Your mission
  • You take care of our existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle – from onboarding and ensuring successful product usage to contract renewal.
  • You build and maintain long-term customer relationships in the context of complex software solutions for material compliance and sustainability.
  • You proactively drive customer success by providing consulting, conducting regular review meetings, and identifying potential risks at an early stage.
  • You take responsibility for contract renewals, including license adjustments, creating offers, and managing negotiation processes.
  • You work closely with the Sales and Consulting teams to identify opportunities for renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • You coordinate relevant internal interfaces and maintain customer and contract data in a structured manner in our CRM system.
Your profile
  • You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification – for example in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, or sustainability management.
  • You have several years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a B2B software environment.
  • You have already worked with complex and highly consultative software solutions and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • You have a basic understanding of or interest in topics such as material compliance, regulatory requirements, or sustainability.
  • You are eager to continuously expand your knowledge of our IPOINT applications to provide even better and more efficient service to our customers.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with customers from the automotive or electronics industry.
