We support global leaders of the finance and insurance industry when it comes to portfolio‑& risk management, credit underwriting, as well as ESG controversy screening. Recognized as a Gartner “Cool Vendor”, we are scaling our solution and data globally and therefore look for a Customer Success Manager.

Your Role

You will be the Go‑To‑Person for all product related questions. Know the ins and outs of our cockpit and data and how to leverage it best for the customer. Together we will analyse the needs of new leads and clients and determine what it takes to win them over. You will be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they fully understand their needs and get maximum value from YUKKA’s News Intelligence Cockpit and data.

Taking leads from onboarding to long‑term happy customers is your calling. Building relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Tech teams and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support Sales in client meetings and demos
  • Own and conduct the lead and customer onboarding experience
  • Act as first‑level support for customer requests (cockpit set‑up)
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify upselling opportunities
  • Be part of the project team of RFP’s, POC’s and competitions
  • Communicate new features, product updates, and best practices
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team
What You Bring
  • Customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Good ability to understand customer requirements
  • High interest to learn and grow
  • Confident and empathetic in customer‑facing situations
  • Structured, proactive, and self‑driven working style
  • Comfortable working with Boolean queries or eager to learn it
  • Experience in Customer Success / Consulting / B2B SaaS / Fintech / ESG is a plus (motivated junior to mid‑level profiles are welcome)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and good command in German
