A leading AI news technology firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and growth. In this role, you will support sales, oversee onboarding, and conduct first-level support, ensuring customers get maximum value from the company's products. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented with strong communication skills and a proactive work style. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is advantageous. We support global leaders of the finance and insurance industry when it comes to portfolio‑& risk management, credit underwriting, as well as ESG controversy screening. Recognized as a Gartner “Cool Vendor”, we are scaling our solution and data globally and therefore look for a Customer Success Manager.
You will be the Go‑To‑Person for all product related questions. Know the ins and outs of our cockpit and data and how to leverage it best for the customer. Together we will analyse the needs of new leads and clients and determine what it takes to win them over. You will be the trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they fully understand their needs and get maximum value from YUKKA’s News Intelligence Cockpit and data.
Taking leads from onboarding to long‑term happy customers is your calling. Building relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Tech teams and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and growth.
