Responsibilities:
- Via phone and email, you are the first point of contact for our French-speaking B2B customers across Europe.
- You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system.
- Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process will be addressed by you.
- You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in acquiring new prospective customers.
Qualifications:
- You have gained professional experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales, or similar fields.
- Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles, and related products and accessories.
- You are open-minded, communicative, and have a strong service and customer orientation.
- For daily contact with our customers, native command of French and good English are required. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Routine handling of MS Office programs and experience with an ERP system complete your profile.
