Responsibilities :
  • Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
  • Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
  • Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels, and / or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements :
  • Availability to work on shifts 24h 7 / 7
  • Fluent in German
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in operations and / or customer service will be a plus
  • Team spirit
  • You must be resident in Germany
