Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main contact point between sales, marketing, production, and logistics. You will manage the entire order process—from order entry and supply chain coordination to delivery and complaint handling—ensuring high customer satisfaction. Located in Frankfurt, you will work in a modern office with excellent transport links and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of order management, including processing and tracking deliveries, and providing proactive feedback to customers.
• Handling complaints and returns efficiently and solution-oriented.
• Collaborating with supply chain, planning, production, sales, and logistics teams for seamless order processing.
• Contributing to customer service goals and process improvements.
• Analyzing delivery performance and communicating with customers.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Resolving complex cases to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in an international setting.
