Position: Customer Service Agent or Tech Support Agent or Sales Support Agent

Responsibilities
- Chatting with customers via phone messages & email (no boring scripts real convos!)
- Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
- Solving hiccups and making customers smile
- Handling warranties & replacements
- Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know what’s best)
Requirements
- You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
- You have strong English skills
- Youve got an eye for the detail
- Problem-solving is your superpower
- You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things dont go as planned
- Customer support tech-support or sales experience Nice to have but not a dealbreaker!
