A motorhome service provider in Cologne is looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist Dutch and German-speaking customers. The role involves providing consultations, managing customer requests, and optimizing the website for the Dutch market. The ideal candidate speaks fluent Dutch and German, has a passion for customer service, and is team-oriented with strong communication skills. As Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our German- and Dutch-speaking customers when it comes to planning unforgettable motorhome trips. You find the right answer to every question and take care of individual requests. By ensuring a successful booking experience, you continuously develop our customer service and support CamperDays to live up to our claim of being the motorhome portal with the most competent and personal customer support.
You provide consultations in Dutch and German on all questions relating to motorhome travel and create personalized offers for camper bookings.
You offer the best customer service by phone and email and take care of customer requests for changes, rebookings, special requests, and complaints
To ensure a smooth customer experience on our comparison platform, you regularly communicate with the tour operators.
With your market knowledge, you support in optimizing our website for the Dutch market.
This position is also available for part-time work – we support individual types of working models
The position is based in our modern office at Rheinauhafen in Cologne, with the option of working from home for some days
