• Customer support and advice for various customers (by e-mail, telephone, social media)

• Coordination with authorised car repair shops

Your Profile

• You are fluent in Dutch and in English
• You have experience in dealing with customers
• You are service and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
• You are willing to work in a 2 shift system (8am-8pm)
