CSA Senior Project Manager - Data Centers (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver data center construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing quality control processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, contractors, vendors) and manage client relationships/expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Monitor project performance metrics, provide regular status reports to stakeholders, and maintain documentation
• Facilitate project close-out, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with several years of experience managing data center or mission-critical facility projects
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, industry standards, construction methodologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong budget and schedule management expertise with proficiency in project management software and documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and risk management experience in fast-paced environments
• PMP certification preferred; detail-oriented with data center expertise
