We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Lead to take ownership of our customer relationship management efforts and elevate them to the next level. In this role, you’ll design and execute CRM strategies that boost engagement, increase retention, and maximize lifetime value. You’ll combine data-driven decision-making with creative campaign execution while working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll do
  • Define and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy across multiple channels (email, local sales team integrations, etc.)
  • Use advanced customer segmentation to deliver personalized, timely, and impactful communications
  • Lead the planning and execution of automated, transactional, and ad-hoc campaigns – including reputation management initiatives
  • Partner with Product, Data, and other teams to continuously enhance CRM performance
  • Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and optimize messaging against key KPIs
  • Manage and mentor a team of CRM Specialists and a Reputation Manager, fostering growth and excellence
You\'ve got
  • 5+ years of CRM or customer insights experience, ideally in a digital marketplace or e-commerce environment
  • Proven success in driving user engagement and retention through CRM strategies
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Analytics)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • A data-driven mindset paired with a passion for user experience and growth
