A leading financial services company in Frankfurt is seeking candidates for its CREDit Graduate Program, where you will acquire essential skills in credit analysis and contribute to various projects while gaining comprehensive exposure to the company’s practices. This unique role is perfect for recent graduates eager to learn, engage with the global investor community, and utilize their analytical capabilities. Opportunities to transition between different practices and work with AI technologies are included in this two-year program.
Program Overview: When you join S&P Global Ratings you join one of the world’s leading providers of independent credit risk research and benchmarks. You are part of a team that produces high‑quality fundamental research based on established criteria. Our CREDit Graduate Program is a two‑year training and development opportunity with the next intake joining in September 2026. CREDit Program Analysts are hired for a specific practice, but are expected to transition between practices as dictated by business. In the first year analysts acquire skills and knowledge from their home practice, while in the second year they gain exposure to other practices through classroom training, small projects and short‑term secondments. All analysts combine practical work experience with the completion of a relevant qualification (e.g., CFA).
The Practice: You will be part of a team that produces high‑quality fundamental research based on established criteria, with opportunities to ask probing questions of senior corporate executives and interact with the global investor community.
Business Practice Groups include: Corporates, Public Finance, Financial Institutions, Structured Finance, Sovereign and International Finance, Public Finance and Infrastructure.
