What you’ll do
You’ll be a core member of our newly formed in-house Creative Studio, acting as the strategic partner and creative lead behind high-impact marketing and communication campaigns across mobile.de. You’ll support both B2C and B2B stakeholders - from consumer and product marketing, to dealer-facing sales initiatives - by shaping briefs, leading ideation, and ensuring content delivers against business and brand goals.
This is a highly collaborative and cross‑functional role. You’ll work closely with brand, performance, sales, product, CRM, product marketing, UX/UI, and copywriting teams to bring creative ideas to life, with a focus on relevance, reach, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic campaign concepts and communication messaging frameworks for a wide range of initiatives across B2C and B2B
- Lead creative ideation sessions and act as a sparring partner for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders
- Translate business and campaign goals into clear briefs for designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external partners
- Guide creative development through concepting, iterations, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and impact
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing to ensure creative strategies are measurable and optimized for growth
- Contribute to ongoing development of messaging guidelines, audience segmentation, and brand positioning frameworks
- Juggle multiple projects and briefs at once while maintaining strategic clarity and creative consistency
- Monitor industry, cultural, and platform trends to inform and inspire relevant, timely creative thinking
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of developing creative strategies that demonstrably drive business growth and brand equity across both B2C and B2B environments
- You have worked across a variety of channels with, ideally, in-depth knowledge for each. From Social Media, and Digital Performance, to CRM, B2B Communication, and Brand including ATL initiatives. You understand the requirements of each channel and bring your expertise to a diverse group of stakeholders ensuring successful initiatives and seamless execution.
- You are a native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a detailed understanding of local market nuances and campaign context
- You’re fluent in English (for internal communication)
- You’re a strong communicator and creative thinker, able to connect business goals to audience insights and creative direction
- You’re used to working in agile marketing teams and juggling multiple projects across functions and timelines
- You’re performance‑aware and driven by what makes campaigns successful and how to drive results, not just impressions
- You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working with copywriters, designers, marketers, internal stakeholders and external partners
- You’re experienced with integrating AI tools and have already developed AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate strategy and creative development, ideation, or workflow planning
- You proactively seek ways to scale strategic output without sacrificing relevance or creative quality, and ideally have examples of doing so in previous roles
- You have the ability to dive deep into our product structures, enabling you to develop the best creative solutions for product marketing that resonate with our dealers (our B2B customers).
