About this role

We’re looking for a deeply creative AI Content Creator / Creative Producer to help shape how Replika connects with people in their real lives — through art, poetry, and meaningful, emotionally intelligent content. You’ll design thoughtful in-app experiences that inspire reflection, creativity, and connection, helping make Replika feel truly human.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and curate meaningful prompts, quests, and in-app experiences that nurture self-discovery and real-world connection.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and engineers to design and test AI-driven content that feels authentic and emotionally resonant.
• Develop Replika’s creative voice across poetry, art, journaling, and reflection-based content.
• Prototype new storytelling formats that merge psychology, technology, and aesthetics.
