Support the development and implementation of CWS Workwear's brand strategy to enhance brand equity and strengthen market positioning.

Support the conceptualization development and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness foster customer engagement and generate qualified leads.

Assist in ensuring cohesive messaging and creative alignment across channels while leveraging audience insights and analytics to optimize performance and maximize impact.

Oversee the development of compelling visual and written content for advertising social media email marketing website and other touchpoints.

Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external communications materials and experiences.

Lead and manage creative processes including brief development design reviews and final delivery.

Work with internal teams and external creative agencies as required.

Monitor market trends customer insights and competitive activity to inform brand marketing SoMe community and creative strategy.

Partner with product sales integrated marketing performance marketing regional marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

Plan maintain and optimise the social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and YouTube

Write adapt and quality-check copy (grammar orthography tone) to ensure active brand-aligned language

Monitor manage and engage with organic / paid interactions; respond in brand-consistent tone

Track SoMe KPIs (reach engagement share of voice conversions video views) prepare reports and suggest optimisations

Contribute to the social media strategy define measurable KPIs and ensure goal alignment

Set up manage andown Emplifi implement governance processes secure brand guardianship

Prepare and deliver trainings workshops and performance updates to colleagues and stakeholders

These skills distinguish you

Bachelors or masters degree in advertising media communiactions linguistics (German or English focus) or a comparable field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management communications digital marketing social media or a related role preferably in the B2B or workwear / industrial products sector

Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns

Experience collaborating with creative agencies designers marketing and production teams.

Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and KPIs (LinkedIn FB IG YT)

Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for storytelling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native fluency in German and full proficiency in British English.
