EER Global, a leading international recruitment and headhunting agency headquartered in London, is expanding into Germany. We are looking for an experienced leader to establish and lead our new German branch — and grow into a partner-level role .

Your Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage the German team from the ground up
  • Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals
  • Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with EER’s international standards
  • Represent EER as a trusted partner and ambassador in the German market
Your Profile:
  • Proven and relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting – this is a mandatory requirement for the role
  • Strong sales and business development track record
