The Estée Lauder Companies' Le Labo team in Düsseldorf is seeking a committed Counter Manager (m/f/x) for a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. You will deliver professional fragrance consultations and create memorable shopping experiences.

You will lead the team, manage staff scheduling, drive KPIs, and coach talent to develop the store's performance while representing the Le Labo brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
