Job summary

Le Labo Cologne, part of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., seeks a Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) for a part-time 15-hour week to welcome clients, conduct product consultations, and tell the brand story with passion.

You will present the universe of Le Labo, maintain store presentation, support target achievement, and participate in brand events and promotions. German fluency and English at business level are required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German; business-level English.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level.
• Presenting the universe of the brand and products through a unique sales approach and storytelling.
• Represent and share the values and DNA of the brand.
• Co-responsible for target achievement and implementation of the brand philosophy.
• Execute counter actions and promotions.
• Accepting and controlling orders.
• Maintenance of Le Labo store and qualified presentation of goods.
