Job summary

Le Labo Cologne is seeking a committed, dynamic Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) for a part-time 20 hours per week on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will welcome clients, provide service-oriented product consultations and storytelling to present the brand universe.

You must have strong German language skills and business fluency in English, and be available to work on weekends. Join a team that values fragrance craftsmanship and brand events at Le Labo.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Great sensitivity to the world of perfumes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good German language skills.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible regarding working hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Provide service‑oriented product consultations and sales at the highest level.
• Present the universe of the brand through storytelling and sales approaches.
• Represent and share the brand values and DNA.
• Contribute to achieving targets and implementing the brand philosophy.
• Execute promotions and counter actions; manage orders.
• Maintain the Le Labo store and ensure attractive product presentation.
