Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Berlin is seeking a committed, dynamic and professional Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) with a passion for fragrance, art, design and craftsmanship for a one-year fixed-term contract.

You will welcome clients to Le Labo, provide service‑oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level, present the universe of the brand through storytelling, and embody the values and DNA of Le Labo.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German; business English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and delivering service-focused product consultation and sales.
• Presenting the brand universe through storytelling and qualified product presentation.
• Represent and share the brand values and DNA in-store.
• Contribute to target achievement and implement brand philosophy.
• Execute counter actions and promotions and manage orders.
• Maintain the store with qualified product presentation.
