Job summary

Le Labo in Duesseldorf is seeking a committed Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) with a passion for fragrance, art, design and craftsmanship for a one-year fixed-term contract.

You welcome clients, provide service-oriented product consultation, present the universe of the brand through storytelling, and represent Le Labo values. This role requires teamwork, weekend flexibility, and fluency in German with business English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Great sensitivity to perfumes world.
• At least 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Team player who is dynamic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good German language skills.
• Business fluent in English; any other language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Provide service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level.
• Present the universe of the brand and products through storytelling.
• Master, represent and share the values and DNA of Le Labo.
• Co-responsible for achieving targets and implementing the brand philosophy.
• Execute counter actions and promotions.
• Accepting and controlling orders.
• Maintain the Le Labo store and present goods accordingly.
