Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a committed, dynamic Beauty Advisor (m/f/x) for the Le Labo team in Düsseldorf on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will warmly welcome clients, provide high-level product consultations, and present the brand universe through storytelling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales, a passion for fragrances, strong communication skills, and fluency in German with business English. Weekend availability is expected within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong fragrance knowledge and passion for cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German; business English required; additional languages a plus.

• Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
• Provide service-oriented product consultation and sales.
